INTRODUCTION

This association was born with the aim to unite all hospitals of the unit for a better teaching program.

To work under guidance of National ANBAI.

AP & TS ANBAI has 95 National Board of Examination( NBE) accredited Hospitals are under Purview of ANBAI- AP & TS Chapter. There are many students pursuing DNB & FNB courses in Nation Board of Examination accredited institutions of AP & TS and the pass percentage is more than 80%.

ACHIEVEMENTS

ANBAI AP &TS Chapter pioneered many academic activities in the regions of AP & TS for the benefit of DNB Students like: Conducting regular Research Methodology & Thesis Protocol Writing classes for 1st Year DNB Students for both DNB Broad / Super Speciality students. Organizing “Special classes- Combined clinical teaching Programmes” in various Broad & Super specialities for final year DNB Students for better Final practical Examination Orientation & Performance. It is worth mentioning that although the state Head Quarters is at Hyderabad , ANBAI Members have been going different Institutions in AP & TS to percolate ANBAI’s academic mission further many National Board of Examination accredited hospitals have been supporting ANBAI’s vision & so far classes have been held at various accredited institutions by rotation and this has become an ongoing process. “AP & TS State Chapter -DNB Faculty Award function ”was first held at state level for AP & TS Faculty on 16th December , 2017 & was subsequently held on 23rd Feb, 2019 where in Faculty were felicitated National Board of Examination(NBE) officials , Central ANBAI officials & state ANBAI officials participated to make the event a grand success. And now , we are celebrating the 5th time the AP & TS chapter DNB Faculty Award Ceremony and for the 1st time the DNB Gold Medalist from AP & TS also will be felicitated. It goes in the record that our Unit is the 1st one amongst all units of ANBAI to have started this kind of events & celebrations.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES

To associate & affiliate all the institutions that are currently conducting DNB courses in AP & TS into one credible & United Organization. To communicate grievances and problems in one voice to the National Board of Examination (NBE) and to give positive feedback to the primary members of the unit. Maintain/Transmit all the rules & regulations of the National Board of Examination (NBE) to accredited institutions in very transparent manner. To safeguard the professional & academic interests of its member institutions & DNB students. To hold regular meeting for teaching staff & students.

ACTIVITIES

Conducting meetings- To know the problems/issues , and to resolve / forward it to central ANBAI for perusal once in 3 months. Conducting research methodology special classes. Conducting combined teaching classes for all speciality students in AP & Telangana State. Organizing All Governing Members/Bodies(AGM’s) in AP & TS and also partcipating in National Level AGM’s held at different states. Organizing DNB Alumni meet. Our members are assessors for Institutional Inspections. Our members are also Exampapers Evaluators & Practical examiners & Assessors for both DNB Broad Speciality, DNB Super Speciality & FNB Courses.
